A refundable security deposit of €350 is pre-authorised at the time of booking. It is not charged — only held on your card. The hold is released within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage or additional charges apply. The deposit covers: damage to the property, uncleaned BBQ (€50), glass in pool (€250), extra guests, or extraordinary utility use.
